In this training, parents can find information, concrete tips, and know-how on the child’s early development, learning, and education in an approachable form.
Parental Guide
Basic Parental Guide Course duration: 5 hours
Price: 100 € per parent (minimum 5 parents per course) + trainer’s travel and accommodation fee (total 5h, can be in one or two days).
A. Delivery Conditions for Tangible Products (books, learning tools, etc.)

2. Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping options, including standard, expedited, and express shipping. The estimated delivery time and cost depend on the selected method.
3. Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows you to track the progress of your shipment.
4. Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination, shipping method, and order total. The exact cost will be displayed during the checkout process.
5. International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Cancellation and Returns:
1. Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order may have already been processed and cannot be canceled.

3. Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving the product. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

B. Delivery Conditions for Non-Tangible Products (licenses, training courses, etc.):
1. Delivery Method: Your purchased non-tangible product, such as software licenses or digital downloads, will be delivered via email to the address provided during checkout.
2. Delivery Timeframe: You will receive your product within 48 hours of successful payment. Please allow for minor delays during peak periods.
3. Access Information: The email will contain instructions and a unique link or code to access/download your product from our secure platform.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
1. Cancellation: Cancellations for non-tangible products must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Once the product has been accessed or downloaded, cancellations are not possible.
2. Refund Eligibility: If you encounter technical issues preventing access to the product, please contact our support within 3 days of purchase for assistance. Refunds will be considered based on the nature of the issue.
3. Refund Process: Approved refunds for non-tangible products will be processed back to the original payment method within two business days.
4. Product Issues: If the product is found to be defective or significantly different from its description, please notify us within 2 days. We will provide a replacement or a refund, as applicable.
