A. Delivery Conditions for Tangible Products (books, learning tools, etc.)

2. Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping options, including standard, expedited, and express shipping. The estimated delivery time and cost depend on the selected method.

4. Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination, shipping method, and order total. The exact cost will be displayed during the checkout process.

Cancellation and Returns:
1. Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order may have already been processed and cannot be canceled.

3. Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving the product. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
4. Return Process: To initiate a return, log into your account, go to the order history, and select the return option. Follow the provided instructions to return the item. Return shipping fees may apply unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
5. Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process either a refund to your original payment method or an exchange, depending on your preference and product availability.
B. Delivery Conditions for Non-Tangible Products (licenses, training courses, etc.):
1. Delivery Method: Your purchased non-tangible product, such as software licenses or digital downloads, will be delivered via email to the address provided during checkout.
2. Delivery Timeframe: You will receive your product within 48 hours of successful payment. Please allow for minor delays during peak periods.
3. Access Information: The email will contain instructions and a unique link or code to access/download your product from our secure platform.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
1. Cancellation: Cancellations for non-tangible products must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Once the product has been accessed or downloaded, cancellations are not possible.
2. Refund Eligibility: If you encounter technical issues preventing access to the product, please contact our support within 3 days of purchase for assistance. Refunds will be considered based on the nature of the issue.
3. Refund Process: Approved refunds for non-tangible products will be processed back to the original payment method within two business days.
4. Product Issues: If the product is found to be defective or significantly different from its description, please notify us within 2 days. We will provide a replacement or a refund, as applicable.
