Attendees must have completed the FINE ECEC Teacher Training before this course.
This program is designed for early childhood education professionals who are interested in training teachers in the FINE way. The Trainer Training provides the participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver effective ECEC Teacher Training.
The Trainer Training program starts with a one-week orientation. After orientation, each participant will have their study plan to become a FINE Trainer. Training includes self-studies and co-training with a FINE Trainer.
Trainer Training
- Learn how to plan, evaluate, and teach courses
- Use training methods in a meaningful way: involvement, facilitation, discussions, and exercises
- Utilize different teaching methods: group exercises, pair discussions, individual reflections, case studies, student presentations, role play, etc.
- Understand the meaning of the physical and psychological learning environment
- Develop a personal teaching style
- The course duration is 1 week, and the co-training period.

B. Delivery Conditions for Non-Tangible Products (licenses, training courses, etc.):
1. Delivery Method: Your purchased non-tangible product, such as software licenses or digital downloads, will be delivered via email to the address provided during checkout.
2. Delivery Timeframe: You will receive your product within 48 hours of successful payment. Please allow for minor delays during peak periods.
3. Access Information: The email will contain instructions and a unique link or code to access/download your product from our secure platform.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
1. Cancellation: Cancellations for non-tangible products must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Once the product has been accessed or downloaded, cancellations are not possible.
